Joyce | Cline was founded by two engineers — a structural engineer and a licensed builder — who got tired of watching homeowners get let down by fragmented, low-standard contractors. We built a one-call home repair model that handles everything under one roof, one point of contact, one invoice.
We work in Charlotte’s established neighborhoods — Myers Park, Dilworth, Eastover, SouthPark, Foxcroft, Cotswold — in homes where the standard matters and the homeowner notices the difference. That means the work is varied, the clients are engaged, and what you build with your hands actually gets appreciated.
We are not a gig platform. We are a team. Every person here was chosen for how they work and how they treat people’s homes.
What You Get
